2010年10月毕业于新加坡国立大学生物科学系，获博士学位。2011年1月至2015年1月于（美国）德州西南医学中心从事博士后工作/学习。期间参与了美国Karyopharm Inc.制药公司研发第二代CRM1抑制剂SINE（SINE目前已经获FDA批准上市）。2015年4月至2023年3月以特聘副研究员身份在四川大学华西医院生物治疗国家重点实验室开展独立科研工作。曾获新加坡千禧基金（Singapore Millennium Foundation）以及德州癌症预防研究所（Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas）的奖励。在J Med Chem，PNAS，STTT，Plos Bio，Elife等杂志发表（共）一作或者通讯SCI论文30多篇。已培养了7名硕士，3名博士。获中国授权发明专利1项。实验室侧重细胞内核质运输机制的基础研究以及基于蛋白质结构的药物设计研发。 |
