主要从事气/湿/力传感器与光电探测器研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、四川省自然科学基金青年基金1项、医工交叉横向课题1项,参研国自然杰青、重点、****预研等项目5项。至2024年11月,共发表SCI论文90余篇,其中以一作/通讯在Sens. Actuators B、ACS Nano、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Nano Energy、Chem. Eng. J.等TOP期刊发表论文40余篇(含ESI热引/高被引论文22篇),个人谷歌学术总引用7100余次、H指数51,入选Scilit 发布的2023、2024“高被引学者”榜单、斯坦福大学发布的2024年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists);申请/授权专利30余项;担任Sens. Actuators B、Microsyst. Nanoeng.、Chem. Eng. J.等50余个SCI期刊通讯审稿人,Chemosensors期刊客座编辑;获博士研究生国家奖学金2次、“成电杰出学生”称号;获评2022年度中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文;2024年度光电学院雷竞技在线登陆突出贡献奖、2024年度光电学院优秀班主任。 |
